Qualitas of Life Foundation seeks an accomplished and visionary Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. Reporting to the Chair of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will serve as the public face of Qualitas and the driving force behind its strategic direction, financial sustainability, and continued fulfillment of its mission.

The ideal leader will pair strategic vision with strong operational acumen, turning ambitious ideas into actionable plans with measurable results that broaden the organization’s reach and deepen its impact. A proven fundraiser with a strong command of the New York philanthropic landscape, this talented individual will cultivate and grow support from individual donors, corporations, and foundations to ensure Qualitas’ long-term success.

Entrepreneurial and results-oriented, the Executive Director will strengthen its fundraising and marketing functions, elevate its public profile, and champion innovative programs that respond to the evolving needs of the community. S/he will inspire and empower staff, engage a passionate and diverse Board of Directors, and forge partnerships that enhance Qualitas’ visibility and influence. With a successful track record of sound financial management, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership, the Executive Director will position Qualitas of Life Foundation for sustained growth and lasting community impact.
